What the appointment covers
Forty-five minutes with the same dentist you saw last time. A full examination of your teeth, gums and soft tissues, a scale and clean to take off what brushing cannot, fluoride, and two bitewing X-rays so we can see between the teeth.
What it costs
$199 is the total for everything listed, not a starting price. If you have extras cover we claim through HICAPS on the day and most patients walk out with nothing to pay. Give reception your membership number when you book and we will check it before you arrive.
How often
Every six months for most people. If you have treated gum disease, smoke, or are going through orthodontic treatment we will usually suggest every three or four months and tell you why.
